THIS IS A 2 WEEK WORKSHOP ON THURSDAY EVENINGS. YOU WILL BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST IF THE WORKSHOP FILLS UP TOO QUICKLY.
This free digital photography workshop is for kids in Gloucester County, New Jersey, ages 9-13. The participants will bring their own camera and we'll have a blast taking some photos and learning from each other. We will be meeting at McGowan Library in Pitman on 2 consecutive Thursday evenings.
We'll be starting the first meeting with a slideshow that includes some of the instructors favorite images, along with some basic tips on digital photography. We'll follow that with the students creating some photographs near the library, and a follow-up discussion about the photos they've taken.
The second session will involve group critique of more images the students take during the week and additional photography tips.
